All photographs, videos, audio recordings, text, graphics, and all other content ("Content") on this Site are protected by United States and international copyright law and are owned exclusively by TheDimeZone. No Content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without prior express written permission.

Your membership grants a limited personal licence to view Content for private non-commercial use only. It grants no ownership rights and no right to reproduce or distribute any Content under any circumstances.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that copyrighted work has been infringed and is accessible on this Site, send a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on this Site (URL or sufficient detail);
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content that was removed is not infringing, or that you have authorisation from the copyright owner to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and accepting service of process from the original complainant.

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Reporting Our Content Being Stolen

We actively monitor for and pursue unauthorised distribution of our content. If you have found TheDimeZone content being distributed without authorisation on another platform or website, please report it to dmca@thedimezone.com with:

• The URL(s) where the infringing content is located;
• A brief description of the content;
• Your contact information (optional but helpful).

We will issue DMCA takedown notices to the infringing platforms promptly.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also limit or terminate access for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights.

Misrepresentation Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
